カロリーの多い食事の前に飲んでいますが多少の実感はあるのか気持ちお腹がスッキリしてきた気もします。届くのに意外と時間がかかるので前もって頼むのをオススメ致します。まだ使用して数回なのでもう少し試してみようと思います。

そこまで期待していなかったのですが、ちゃんと脂分が出てる気がします。食事の内容にもよりますが、脂っこいものを食べたときは必ず飲んでます。痩せるわけではないと思いますが、現状維持できてるので継続しようと思います。
